Gentle Standing Stretches
It's Day 3 of our Movement Month and we hope you are enjoying all of our activities to help you get creative with movement. Today we have another mini movement break for you that both kids and adults can join in with, gentle standing stretches. Stretching is a great way to get moving gently, take some time for yourself and help you to relax. There stretches are great if you are working from home and spend lots of time looking at the computer or if you are feeling a little stressed and need to relax.
Join Zoe Ramsey as she takes us through this gentle stretching sequence and get moving with us every day this June!
