Suitable footwear and clothing must be worn for your own safety. Watch your wellbeing increase as you embrace the darkness. Night walking has many benefits including a surprising boost to your mental wellbeing. In this workshop with Ella Mor you’ll weave your way through the beautiful Binevenagh mountain and learn a few techniques that’ll engage your senses and ramp up your feel-good factor. At the top you’ll be rewarded with huge skies as well as a hot chocolate from ’The Chocolate Manor’. If it is a clear night we’ll be able to make out constellations, planets and shooting stars, but if you’ve never walked at night, regardless of whether it’s clear or cloudy – it will still be an awe inspiring experience. Suitable for average fitness levels.
