The Darkling Air & Arco String Quartet return to the stage to perform new material from their upcoming album Pareidolia released in Spring 2025. Since their debut album Untamed & Beloved in 2016, the Bangor-based duo comprising songwriter Rachel McCarthy and composer Michael Keeney, has gained acclaim and airplay on RTE and BBC. Described as filmic folk, their music features haunting vocal melodies with live strings, piano, and electronics. After recent prestigious performances, this concert offers a unique chance to experience their evolving sound and compelling new songs alongside beloved favourites.
