Well-being Walk at Downhill Beach with Tree and Tide

Theme: Nourish

Friday 25th March, 11am - 12pm

£10 per person, ages 18+

Come to the coast for a mindful experience amidst sand and sea.

Our theme is “Nourish” and we will slow down and connect with the natural environment and find a calmer, quieter pace, learning ways to nourish ourselves in body, mind and spirit.

Tree & Tide is a wellbeing company passionate about increasing your capacity handle the hard things in life and savour the good stuff. Through personal therapy, outdoor group sessions and online courses we give you the support you need to live better. Whether that’s helping you reconnect with yourself, improving your connections with others or finding new ways to manage all that life brings.

Deborah Mullan owns and manages Tree & Tide. She initially trained and worked as a Physiotherapist in the NHS before re-training as an Accredited Psychotherapist. She has has helped countless clients in her Private Practice find ways to deal with difficult places in life, manage their emotions, and experience more peace and joy. Combining her love of nature with recent neuroscience, Deborah takes groups into beautiful outdoor locations for an experience that recalibrates the nervous system and leaves the mind and heart at ease.
