In the arpillera “Return/Retorno” Retorno/Return, (2013) We can see people returning to their homes and land, after conflict and migration.

One of the first things they will need to do is to plant a garden for some food. Gardening can be essential to supply food for our families and friends, especially when there aren’t many shops or markets.

Can you create a garden?

Use the link below to find vegetables that you can cut out and colour, and make your own garden using the garden grid on the last page. Make sure to add some fruit bushes and trees, perhaps some beehives, flowers and herb beds. Maybe even some chickens!
