Balnamore Primary School get creative over Zoom with our new exhibition!

We love partnering with local schools to deliver creative and imaginative projects and we are delighted to have partnered with Balnamore Primary School this Spring in connection with our Arpillera Voices for #Children's Rights Exhibition.

The exhibition focuses on Childrens Rights and we are highlighting the right of children to play and have a cultural and artistic life. The children were given "make your own doll" packs created by the exhibition curator and team at The Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre to enable them to get creative and learn about their rights through play. We also had an interactive Zoom session with the school all about play and why it is so important to kids.

Here you can see the children with the dolls they created playing and exploring play in the schools wonderful gardens and creative play area!
