The Roe Valley Arts Team is thrilled to invite you to our Creativity Tent, where we’re bringing all the festival vibes and a plethora of fun-filled activities for all ages. Here’s what we have lined up for you:
11 AM - 1 PM -Festival Flag Pennants & Friendship Bracelets
Kickstart your creative journey by making vibrant flag pennants! Let your imagination soar as you design and craft flags that will add a splash of colour and personality to the festival. Once you've created your flag, switch gears to crafting beautiful, personalized friendship bracelets. These are perfect keepsakes to celebrate the bonds you form at Stendhal.
1 PM - 2 PM - Dance Workshops by Echo Echo Dance Theatre Company
Don’t miss a beat! Join Echo Echo Dance Theatre Company for two dynamic dance workshops that blend movement and music in an exhilarating experience. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just want to try something new, these workshops are sure to get you moving and grooving.
2 PM - 3PM - Mini Canvases
Tap into your inner artist with our mini canvases session. Paint, draw, and create miniature masterpieces you can take home as a memento of your time at the festival. This is the perfect opportunity to explore your artistic side and create something unique.
Ongoing Activities
- Collaborative Rock Painting Mural: Contribute to a stunning RVACC/Stendhal community rock painting mural. This evolving artwork will be a beautiful testament to the collective creativity of everyone at the festival.
- Postcards from Stendhal Coloring: Take a moment to relax and colour in our specially designed postcards. These are great for sending festival greetings to friends or as a keepsake for yourself.
