Online Exhibition

Although our galleries are closed we are still making sure you can access our beautiful exhibitions online! Our newest exhibition, "Embracing Human Rights:Conflict Textiles' Journey", is now available online on our website so you can you can still have a look at the thought provoking arpilleras. We also have a great kids activity in connection with the exhibition to keep your little ones busy. Now is a great time to reflect on Human Rights and what is important to us as a society and it is wonderful to be able to do this through art.

“Embracing Human Rights: Conflict Textiles' journey” invites you to explore human rights through the tactile medium of textiles. Quilts and arpilleras from around the world, created in different decades will prompt you to reflect on the impact of, and response to, human rights violations and how can we embed a culture of human rights.
