Discover serenity at our Dream Pillow Workshop during the NI Mental Health Arts Festival. Blend soothing teas for relaxation, enlightened by local herbalist Jane Christie’s wisdom on herbs for wellness. Then hand sew your dream pillow with textile artist Carolyn Faith, choosing beautiful Liberty style fabric. These will be filled with the therapeutic herbs you’ve previously learned about-a perfect blend of creative relaxation, herbal healing and learning new artistic textile skills.
