In this guided space, Ursula will share insights into what it means to live creatively, with curiosity, courage, and heart.
She will draw on some of the greatest thinkers on creativity like Julia Cameron ‘The Artist’s Way’. Ursula says ‘This book changed my life personally and professionally’. Also, Liz Gilbert of ‘Eat, pray, love’ fame has written a book called ‘Big Magic’ This book Ursula considers essential for those of you letting anxiety have the driving seat in your creative lives. She will share and illustrate for you how obstacles and detours were an intrinsic part of her own creative recovery.
